To add a permanent delivery note to your subscription you first have to access your customer account. If you are having difficulties accessing your account, please contact customer support and we will help you.
1. Go to the section "Leveringsadresse"
2. Press "Rediger adresse"
3. Add your delivery note / comment in the last field called "leveringsnote"
4. Press "Opdater adresse" and your changes are being saved
Please note that the deadline for adding or updating the permanent delivery note for the coming week is Friday at 23.59.
1-2 days before your delivery, you will receive an email from Burd Delivery, which will allow you to add a temporary delivery note for the single shipment of your box.
