It's of course best if you're home to receive your box, but we always do our absolute best to ensure your box will be placed right outside of your door, even if you are not home. We will never ask for your key, but you can tell us exactly where you want your boxed placed in your delivery notes on your customer account.
If the driver is having trouble finding your door they will call you, so please be available on your phone, in the time frame for the delivery that you've been given by the courier.
Our delivery partner only guarantee calling Danish phone numbers, so make sure you have a Danish number in your customer account to ensure successful deliveries.
