You skip a box or more in your customer account. Here's how to:
1. Log in to your customer account.
2. Go to your "Box schedule" in the left side menu. Here you will see an overview of your upcoming deliveries.
3. Find the date(s) you want to skip, and press "skip" on the right side of the date.
4. A small blue pop up window will tell you that the action was successful and a thin black line will appear across the date. You will also notice that it now says "unskip" on the right side.
Please note that the deadline for skipping a box in the coming week is Friday at 23.59.
